Equipped with a 5.5-inch display (960×480 pixels), the device now has three microphones instead of just two, allowing for clearer and smoother video calls.
On the front, there is also a 2 megapixel camera that, like the microphones, can be blocked with the help of a mechanism at the top for greater privacy. It also serves as a kind of security camera to monitor the house or pets during a trip, for example.
The smart display also features an enhanced 1.75″ full-range speaker and is compatible with the leading music streaming services on the market, including Apple Music.
Available in black and white, the third-generation Echo Show 5 can now be purchased on Brazilian Amazon by R$650 (or R$616, with 5% cash discount). The device comes with a 22W power adapter and a 1.5m power cable.
