36 years after the FIFA World Cup; Thrilled Canada

Toronto: This year’s FIFA World Cup will feature the North American nation of Canada. John Herdman’s coaching team honorably booked a ticket to Qatar following beating Jamaica by four goals in a crucial qualifier. This is Canada’s second World Cup entry, having played the first and last World Cup in 1986.

The United States and Mexico are next in line for qualification
