Egyptian archaeologists have claimed to have discovered 3500-year-old women’s coffins with the help of French experts.

Egyptian experts claimed to have discovered 75 coffins and embalmed bodies of animals on November 24, 4 days before they claimed to have discovered the women’s coffins.

Egypt’s Department of Archeology and Culture claimed last week that they have discovered 75 coffins made of wood and bronze at a site near the historic site of the Hastat Temple.

It was also claimed that mummified bodies of cats, bears, crocodiles, dragons and wasps have also been discovered.

Earlier, experts claimed to have discovered 3,000-year-old coffins of men, women and children in their original condition in an area called al-Assaf near the city of Aksar, located on the banks of the Nile River, at the beginning of October last month.

The coffins of the children, men and women mentioned above were believed to be embalmed bodies of members of the religious family of the ancient Egyptian civilization.

And now Egyptian authorities have claimed to have discovered three more coffins in excellent condition.

Referring to the Egyptian website, the authorities, with the help of French experts, made the discovery from the Al-Assasif area near the city of Aksar, located on the banks of the Nile River.

In the same area, last month, experts also discovered 3,000-year-old coffins of men, women and children.

Of the three newly discovered coffins, 2 are of women, measuring up to 190 cm in length.

According to the authorities, the male coffin is smaller than the female coffins, i.e. 180 cm, and there is no writing on it.

Egyptian officials said that the coffins of the two women discovered were inscribed with the language of ancient Egyptian civilization, and both coffins were decorated with art.

Egyptian archaeologists said that the three coffins discovered are from 1550 to 1295 BC and they will also belong to the family of the pharaohs.

Experts said that one of the women’s coffins discovered is that of a woman named ‘Te Abo’ and the other is that of a woman named ‘Rao’.
