At least 34 people were injured in a collision between two roller coasters at Legoland (Legoland) in southern Germany’s Guenzburg (Guenzburg) on the 11th.
The Associated Press and the German Press Agency (DPA) reported that a roller coaster at Legoland in Genzburg braked suddenly and another train slammed into it. The authorities dispatched three helicopters to the scene, and the fire and rescue units were notified for support.
The cause of the collision is not yet known. A park spokesman told DPA that the accident happened at the station of the Fire Dragon roller coaster.
A roller coaster accident at an amusement park in Klotten, southwest Germany, also killed a woman last week. The 57-year-old woman fell in the middle of the train and died of serious injuries. The cause of the accident has not been clarified.
