307 thousand beneficiaries of “Fujairah Charity” projects

The Fujairah Charitable Society concluded its Ramadan campaign for this year under the slogan “God loves the benefactors”, which was carried out under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, and with the support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, through which a group of Charitable projects included breakfast for the fasting person, the Ramadan meal, Eid clothing and zakat al-Fitr, in addition to providing financial aid to needy families, orphans and the needy during the holy month.

His Excellency Saeed Al Raqbani, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said: I am pleased to send a letter of thanks and appreciation to every benefactor and benefactor in the name of every needy who is covered by your care and support. With the grace of God Almighty and then your sponsorship and support, the association was able to help thousands of needy people in the blessed month of Ramadan, where the number of beneficiaries reached 307,163 Beneficiary, as the total beneficiaries of the Iftar project reached 303,690 individuals throughout the holy month, at a rate of 10,123 daily breakfasts. Also, 22 productive families participated in the Iftar project, with a total of 70,000 breakfast meals throughout the month.
The Ramadan food was distributed to (2000) families, while 1100 families benefited from Zakat funds during the month of Ramadan, while 100 eligible families benefited from Zakat Al-Fitr, and 273 children benefited from the Eid clothing project.
Al-Raqbani praised the benefactors who supported the programs and activities of the association, and who were the best partner and designated for the association in implementing its charitable projects. Thanks are extended to all local departments, companies and institutions in the Emirate of Fujairah, which contributed to the success of the Ramadan campaign.
