The interventions made at the ministerial level provided more opportunities for them. 50 Bangladeshi nurses arrived last June under the Kuwait Ministry of Health. Bangladeshi nurses got jobs in Kuwait as a result of high-level intervention seeking opportunities in Kuwait.
More people are expected to arrive soon. Nursing is a profession dominated by Indians in Kuwait. That is where Bangladesh is looking for an opportunity through high intervention.
A good percentage of nurses including Indians in Kuwait tend to migrate to countries like UK, New Zealand, Australia and Canada.
With this, Kuwait started trying to bring people from new centers.
