Highlights

00:58 — Process mining has a track record of delivering strong financial results. In many cases, customer use cases cluster around finance functions such as order to cash, procurement and eliminating duplicates in invoices and payments. These are sometimes considered low hanging fruit. Three additional use cases came to light this week.

01:13 — Celonis is applying a System Transformation Readiness Application it’s built to help customers accelerate software upgrades such as ERP cloud migrations. This is particularly applicable to the many SAP customers looking to move to S/4 Hana.

01:42 — Healthcare giant Johnson & Johnson said it’s using Celonis and process mining as a foundation for QBRs or Quarterly Business Reviews. This means the tech is fully embedded into its business — that’s a sign of high maturity in its use of the software.

02:21 — A third example: process mining is helping an airline keep planes running on time by tracking all the events that have the potential to impact schedules, and it has saved hundreds of thousands of hours for one airline.

02:50 — The examples highlight clearly the increased enterprise penetration of process mining.
