For an unknown reason, the two vehicles collided around 6:30 a.m. on the B120 in Gmunden. The force of the impact tore the engine block out of the woman’s car and trapped the 23-year-old driver.

The 54-year-old and his passenger – a 21-year-old from Grünau im Almtal – were thrown once morest the guardrail in the van.
