Over the past day, the ferries “Kerchinsky-2”, “Yeisk”, “Lavrentiy” and “Maria” transported 190 cars and 283 passengers to Crimea.
Since the morning of March 2, 286 vehicles have been in line for the Kerch crossing. They are located in the accumulative parking lot in the village of Ilyich. Basically, these are trucks with food and essential goods. Drivers are issued passes for loading onto ferries. Volunteers are on duty, there is a canteen and a heating point. The rest of the accumulation sites have been put into reserve, the press service of the administration of the Krasnodar Territory recalls.
Since the start of the operation of the Kerch ferry crossing from the night of October 9, 2022, a total of more than 94.6 thousand passengers, 73.9 thousand vehicles and over 8.4 thousand railway cars have been transported through the strait in both directions.
Recall that in the Krasnodar Territory restrictions and rules for the passage of trucks to the Kerch ferry continue to operate. Only heavy trucks with priority cargo – food and essential goods can travel through the region and cross to the Crimea on ferries.
