Last week, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department registered more than 6.6 billion dirhams, with 1,555 sales recorded, worth 3.96 billion dirhams.
The sales included 280 land sales, with a value of 1.42 billion dirhams, and 1,275 dirhams The sale of apartments and villas amounted to 2.54 billion dirhams.
The most important land sales amounted to 132 million dirhams in the Mamzar area, followed by a pledge of 61 million dirhams in the fourth year.
Jebel Ali first topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 89 pledges worth 268 million dirhams, followed by Al-Habiya Fifth area, with 87 pledges worth 196 million dirhams.
The value of the mortgages amounted to 2.41 billion dirhams, including 66 mortgages of land, worth 822.92 million dirhams, and 350 mortgages of villas and apartments, worth 1.59 billion dirhams. The donations witnessed the registration of 107 donations, worth 309.14 million dirhams.
