28 days without alcohol: moderation, according to Richard Martineau

As you know, Richard Martineau is a real open book. His opinions, he is not afraid to say them, and he never backs down from a good debate. So we shouldn’t be surprised to hear him open up regarding his alcohol consumption.

Having a glass of wine while cooking, another during supper, another in front of the TV… it was a frequent reality of the hot host. And at his QUB radio microphone, he tackled the subject head-on with Étienne Boulay.

As we know, the former Montreal Alouettes player fought a serious addiction to drugs and alcohol. He got away with it, and he’s right to hold his head up high.

Are you wondering why do the 28-day challenge, for the benefit of the Jean Lapointe Foundation? Listen carefully to the conversation between Boulay and Martineau. Not only will you understand, but you will realize all the benefits that this entails.
