26% of young people aged 15 to 29 are not in employment, education or training

The National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies presented, last Friday to the prefecture during a first steering committee, the results of its study, carried out with the prefecture, on young people neither in employment nor in studies, nor in training in Martinique between 2015 and 2019.
