25th anniversary of the death of Marie-Soleil Tougas: her brother confides

As we celebrate August 10, the 25th anniversary of the death of Marie-Soleil Tougas and Jean-Claude Lauzon in a plane crash, the brother of the actress confided with emotion. It was during a round table highlighting the launch of the documentary Marie-Soleil and Jean-Claude: Beyond the Stars what Sebastien Tougas spoke regarding the lives of the two missing personalities… and their deaths.

Sébastien Tougas explained that he loved the tribute made to his sister’s life in this documentary, in connection with her beginnings, her career and what she left behind.

Asked how he was doing 25 years later, he said: “Honestly, I think regarding it almost every day. My mother would say the same thing.

On August 10, the day that marks the anniversary of the death of his sister, he says that it is always more emotional. “We may say it’s just another year, but it makes things even more tangible.”

To know the effect that it had to plunge back into the life and the death of his sister for the documentary, Sébastien Tougas explained that he spoke regarding it without problem, he who often does it with his mother or friends.
