At the 25th anniversary of the Kitz on Wheels Harley meeting there is some innovations this year and a lot of reason to celebrate.
New event location
A few weeks ago, the news came that this year’s “Kitz on Wheels” event can no longer be held in the city center. The noise pollution and the stress caused by the necessary superstructures are too great. So a solution had to be found quickly and the event had to be rescheduled.
Thanks to the support of Mayor Winkler and Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel, this location was quickly found. The Hahnenkamm car park will become the Kitz on Wheels event site from July 14th to 17th, 2022. Murdock Event & Media as the organizer will set up an event area with a festival stage, dealer stands and lots of food stands.
A week full program
The program started on July 11th. with motorcycle tours through the Kitzbühel Alps. Thus it was possible to extend the overnight stays to 1 week.
Tuesday evening is dedicated to “Beach Party goes Kitz on Wheels“ with a small but fine event in the Steghaus at Schwarzsee from 4 p.m. Please reservate.
On Wednesday evening we invite you to the American BBQ „Rosi’s Sonnbergstuben“ a. Starts at 6:00 p.m. – registration is requested.
The program on the Hahnenkamm car park starts on Thursday, July 14th, 2022 with the opening of the stands and the appearance of the Country band “Regimay” from 8 p.m.
Am On Friday we start at 6 p.m. with the STIEGL barrel tapping. The dealer stands and the catering area are open from 4 p.m. “The Pure” starts at 8 p.m. on the Festival Stage. Of course, the custom bike area and the sexy bike wash should not be missing either.
Am Saturday, July 16, 2022 we drive the tour to Söll and can be found there at the village square around noon. From 2 p.m. the stands and restaurants open at the Hahnenkamm car park event site. DJ Max and DJ Steel provide musical entertainment.
The award ceremony for Best Bike of the Year Contest 2022 takes place at 7:00 p.m.
Ab 7.30 p.m. the reigning Bavarian cheermaster “V-Town Panthers” takes care of on the festival stage for mood.
Another anniversary is celebrated
From 8.15 p.m. the highlight of this year’s anniversary event will take place. MURDOCK celebrates the 30th anniversary of the release of “CRY INSIDE” with a mega show.
On all 3 days, food trucks from the region and local restaurateurs ensure your physical well-being and numerous traders offer plenty to browse and buy. Among other things, world star Haddaway is presenting his latest fashion collection at one of the sales stands.
On Thursday there will be a casual after-show party at Club Take 5 with star DJane GIUGLIA SIEGEL from 11:30 p.m.
Jimmy’s will have live music on Friday and Saturday from 8pm. However, motorbike access is not permitted.
We ask all participants and visitors to respect the driving and event ban in the city center. We have set up a great event area with a wide range for you. Nothing stands in the way of fun and great togetherness.
This year there is a sstrictly limited edition of anniversary t-shirts and tank tops which can be bought from Thursday in the production office at the event site.
