The biggest GT race in the world is regarding to be launched. The start of the 24 Hours of Spa, an unmissable event of the season in the discipline and flagship event of the Intercontinental GT Challenge, will be given this Saturday at 4 p.m. 71 cars are expected to start on the starting grid for this 75th edition, exceptionally brought forward from June 29 to July 2 due to the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix.
After qualifying marked by rain, the Superpole took place in the dry on Friday followingnoon. Matteo Cairoli was fastest in the #20 Huber Motorsport Porsche, ahead of fellow countryman Alessio Rovera in the #51 AF Corse – Francorchamps Motors Ferrari.
