The estate sits on a 200 acre lot in the Los Angeles mountains above Beverly Hills. The main two-story mansion has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. The house has a fresh renovation. During the last reconstruction, a garage for 12 cars and parking for 80 cars appeared on the territory.
The area of the main house is impressive – almost 4300 square meters. Jennifer and Ben’s new home has a unique sports facility where Lopez can work out in comfort. There is a full-fledged gym, basketball and pickleball courts, as well as a boxing ring. The complex has a place to relax and a bar.
The mansion has a cinema, wine cellar, sauna, massage room, hairdresser and nail salon. There is also a whiskey lounge for guests.
There is a swimming pool behind the main house. Lopez and Affleck can swim and enjoy scenic views of the area.
A guest penthouse with an area of 460 square meters has been erected on the estate. There is a separate house for the caretaker, as well as a dwelling for the guards.
American media reports that the happy couple paid a whopping $60.85 million in cash for the luxurious mansion. Jennifer and Ben managed to negotiate a discount. Celebrities took the estate for 15 million less than the asking price.
