The facts took place this weekend in a park in Thuringia, Germany. Missing since Friday, a sister and brother were found dead in a frozen lake. A full-scale rescue operation was launched following the mother of the victims, aged 22 and 13 respectively, found her daughter’s car near Westhausen.
