2173 infected in Tokyo, 15 died: Tokyo Shimbun TOKYO Web

The Tokyo metropolitan government announced on the 9th that it confirmed 2,173 new coronavirus infections and 15 deaths, including a woman in her 30s. Bed occupancy rate is 34.1%.

The average number of new infections per week was 2463.0 as of the 9th, 65.2% compared to the previous week. The total number of patients in Tokyo is 4,292,564.

By age group, 15 aged 0, 67 aged 1-4, 105 aged 5-9, 204 in their teens, 324 in their 20s, 379 in their 30s, 353 in their 40s, 289 in their 50s, 60-64 109 aged, 63 aged 65-69, 125 in their 70s, 99 in their 80s, 41 aged 90 and over. There were 328 people over the age of 65.

The deceased were men and women between the ages of 30 and 90.
