“A railway station and a crossing, a house, a building supply store, a product supermarket, a gas station – do you know what unites these places? The bloody traces that Russia leaves with its shells, killing peaceful residents in Kherson and the Kherson region,” on the “Telegram” platform the President of Ukraine stated on Wednesday evening.
“Today, it’s 21 people killed! 48 wounded! All civilians! In less than a day! In one area,” Zelensky emphasized.
The head of state expressed his condolences to the families and relatives of those killed.
“We will never forgive the perpetrators. We will defeat evil in the country and make all the perpetrators answer,” the president added.
Ukraine’s Prosecutor General’s Office previously reported that most of the victims of Russia’s massive and chaotic airstrikes in the Kherson region on Wednesday were in the district center of Kherson.
