LR Teschl-Hofmeister: “Thank you very much to all employees for their daily commitment and commitment”
St.Pölten (OTS) – The Lower Austrian care and support center Wiener Neustadt recently celebrated as part of an anniversary celebration together with Social Provincial Councilor Christiane Teschl-Hofmeister, Wr. Neustadt’s Mayor Klaus Schneeberger as well as numerous guests and guests of honor celebrated the 20th anniversary of the new building.
“I feel very connected to the care and support center in Wiener Neustadt, as I have visited here many times. I am particularly pleased that innovations, such as the use of virtual reality glasses, are being used to improve the quality of life for residents. Therefore, I would like to thank all employees for their daily commitment and commitment to our residents, who feel really comfortable here,” said State Councilor Teschl-Hofmeister and particularly emphasized the innovative approach to care and support.
In addition to culinary delicacies and cool drinks, the anniversary celebration also offered a comprehensive supporting programme. A special highlight was provided by an Olympics, in which residents mastered a wide variety of stations together with employees, volunteers and relatives. The cuddles of the alpacas in the garden, the funny snapshots in the photo box and the demonstration of the search dog unit of the Red Cross of Lower Austria will also be remembered.
164 people are currently being cared for in the Lower Austrian care and support center in Wiener Neustadt. In addition to geriatric care, the Wiener Neustadt care and support center also offers special forms of care, such as the care of vegetative state and hospice patients. Day, short-term and transitional care are further offers of the house.
