Realmeter poll results announced
2030 approval rate, Ahn Cheol-soo and Yoon Seok-yeol ‘close match’
‘Candidate to realize fairness’, Lee 24.8% · Ahn 20.0%

In a poll on the support for the next presidential candidate for the 2030 generation, the results of a poll on the 5th showed that Democratic Party candidate Lee Jae-myung was ahead of his rivals by a double-digit gap or more. People’s Party candidate Ahn Cheol-soo and People’s Power candidate Yoon Seok-yeol battled within the margin of error.
Realmeter surveyed 1024 men and women aged 18 to 39 across the country on the 3rd and 4th at the request of YTN, and according to the results announced on the same day, 33.4% of Candidate Jae-myung Lee, 19.1% of Candidate Cheol-su Ahn, and 18.4% of Candidate Seok-yeol Yoon. The gap between Candidate Cheol-Soo Ahn and Candidate Seok-Yeol Yoon is 0.7 percentage points, a close battle within the margin of error.
Justice Party candidate Shim Sang-jung followed with 7.5 percent, and New Wave candidate Kim Dong-yeon with 1.4 percent. No candidate for support 12.3%, don’t know 5.1%, other people 2.8%.
Candidate Jae-myung Lee is 35-39 years old (46.9%) ▲Daejeon/Sejong/Chungcheong (40.3%) ▲Gwangju/Jeonnam/Jeonbuk (40.0%) ▲In addition to the Democratic Party supporters (75.3%) ▲Progressive groups (52.9%), the overall results received high support.

Candidate Seok-Yeol Yoon is ▲30-34 years old (23.2%) ▲Daegu/Gyeongbuk (22.1%) ▲People’s power support group (49.7%) ▲Conservative group (30.4%) ▲Self-employment (26.8%) ▲Office/administrative/professional (21.7%) %) and so on.
Regarding the nature of next year’s presidential election, 29.3% of the respondents wished to ‘recreate the government’ through the Democratic Party of Korea, and 28.3% said they wished to ‘replace the government’ with a person and a party other than the ruling party or the main opposition party. ‘Replacement of government’ through the power of the people is 26.8%. 15.6% of the respondents answered that they did not know.
In the ‘candidate most likely to achieve gender equality’, candidate Lee Jae-myung 24.2%, Ahn Cheol-soo 20.0%, Shim Sang-jung 18.2%, Yoon Seok-yeol 12.2%, and Kim Dong-yeon 1.7% were surveyed in that order. None 15.7%, don’t know 5.4%, other people 2.7%.
In the ‘candidate most likely to realize the value of fairness’, candidate Lee Jae-myung 24.8%, Ahn Cheol-soo 22.2%, Yoon Seok-yeol 14.9%, Shim Sang-jeong 9.7%, and Kim Dong-yeon 2.8% were found in the order. None 16.8%, don’t know 5.7%, other people 3.1%.
In the party support survey, the Democratic Party of Korea 31.7%, People’s Power 27.9%, People’s Party 9.4%, Justice Party 5.4%, and Open Democratic Party 2.2% are in order. None 19.3%, don’t know 2.3%, other political parties 1.8%.
This survey was conducted using an automated answering phone survey (ARS) method using a structured questionnaire. The sampling error is ±3.1 percentage points at the 95% confidence level, and the response rate is 6.9%.
