Usually, when we tell you regarding the first glimpse we have of a vehicle, it is because the manufacturer has shared images of it. Here, this is not the case while the model shown was seen by an amateur and shared on the Tacoma4G.com forum.
We had the opportunity to see the Tacoma up close at an event in Hawaii in May, but one of the versions that will be in the catalog was absent, the TRD Off-Road. It is the most affordable version of the model which is designed for driving off the beaten track. It is therefore popular with amateurs.

The new 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road
The TRD Off-Road version is positioned similarly to the TRD Sport variant, but it emphasizes off-road capability rather than sportier on-tarmac driving. It therefore shares some features, including similarly sized fender flares, front grille, fog lights, LED headlights with smoked surface, as well as black logos.

As with the Sport variant, the TRD Off-Road livery is only available in 4-door cab configuration. It comes standard with the 2.4-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, a block that develops 278 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque with the eight-speed automatic transmission, or 270 horsepower and 310 lb-ft with the transmission. six-speed manual which is offered as an option.
