Jeddah: The Saudi cabinet has approved the country’s general budget for the fiscal year 2024. The budget for the new year was approved in a cabinet meeting chaired by King Salman in Riyadh. The Cabinet reviewed the items in the general budget of the country for the financial year.
Revenue will be 1,172 billion Riyals and expenditure will be 1,252 billion Riyals. The deficit will be 79 billion riyals. King Salman directed the ministers and officials under their jurisdiction to effectively implement the development and social programs and projects included in the budget.
