Pursuant to the agreement of February 21, 2023 (BOCC 2023-14 TRA of Official newspaper), below the last salary scale for the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region at 1is May 2023 of the new national collective agreement for workers employed by construction companies not covered by the decree of March 1, 1962 (i.e. employing more than 10 employees) on 7 March 2018 (IDCC 1597 – Brochure JO N° 3258).
The region Burgundy-Franche-Comte covers the departments of Côte-d’Or, Doubs, Haute-Saône, Jura, Nièvre, Saône-et-Loire, Territoire de Belfort and Yonne.
These are guaranteed minimum gross wages for 35 hours per week (in euros) or 151.67 hours per month depending on your professional category and your coefficient.
