At the head of Py-Rwhich is now the only two-star restaurant in the city of Toulousechef Pierre Lambinon has just revealed his offer for the 2023 holidays.
Foie-gras, salmon gravlax, logs
The restaurateur, who also launched his catering activity through Py-R House, offers several takeaway meals. There is of course semi-cooked foie gras (120 euros per kilo), gravlax salmon (90 euros per kilo) or even the essential logs (chestnut-pear | vanilla-kalamansi | chocolate-hazelnuts; count on 55 euros for a log of 6 people).
But that’s not all !
Dish to share
“In addition to our traditional logs, foie gras and gravlax, this year we are also offering cocktail pieces and a dish to share for festive meals,” explains Pierre Lambinon to Toulouse News.
And the dish to share looks delicious! It includes scallops, monkfish, Gers poultry, and even hake. All accompanied by winter vegetables and a saffron white butter.
Count on 160 euros for this dish to share designed for 8 people.
Plateau cocktail
As for the cocktail platter, it consists of Porto-Mascarpone gorgonzola, Franquette walnuts, beetroot, mustard and pistachio royale, Paris and foie gras royale, gingerbread, shredded duck with citrus fruits, ras el hanout, butternut, parmesan and grape paste Chestnut, parmesan, prune condiment.

Orders on 05 62 30 10 11 or at [email protected]to be collected by appointment, from December 18 to 23 and from December 26 to 29, at Maison Py-r (4 rue du Cassé, in Saint-Jean) or at the Py-R restaurant (19 descent from the halle aux fish, in Toulouse).
