On May 14th, the 2023 Greater Bay Area Urban Cycling Challenge kicked off at the Zengjiang Gallery Scenic Area in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou. The competition was divided into three categories: men’s road elite group (120 people, single lap of 5KM, 9 laps, 45KM), men’s road mass group (130 people, single lap of 5KM, 7 laps, 35KM), and women’s road group (50 people, single lap of 5KM, 5 laps, 25KM). The track is smooth and undulating, with the Zengjiang Gallery Scenic Area as the starting and ending point. The circuit is a 5-kilometer circular route consistingof the scenic avenue and the scenic south road.
After fierce competition, the winners of the three categories emerged. “I feel good to participate in this competition. Zengcheng has beautiful scenery, and smooth road conditions.
