The Olympics of the ‘figure skating queen’ have begun. Camila Balieva (16) showed off her beautiful performance by overwhelming her Olympic debut.

Russian figure skating women’s singles signboard Baliyeva scored 51.67 points in technique (TES) and 38.51 points in art (PCS) in the women’s single short program of the team event (team event) of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics held at Capital Indoor Stadium in Beijing, China on February 6th. With a combined total of 90.18 points, it overtook second place Higuchi Wakaba (74.73 points, Japan) by a large margin.

Last month, at the 2022 International Skating Union (ISU) Figure Skating European Championships, he showed a perfect performance, showing a difference of 0.27 points from his world record (90.45 points). Balieva holds world records in the short program, free skating (185.29 points) and total points (272.71 points).

Balieva is considered to be the most perfect female figure skating single player of all time.

Debuting on the senior stage this season, he continues to break the world record by successfully performing quadruple (four rounds) jumps, a high-level jumping technique that is difficult for even male athletes to perform.

He showed a perfect performance even on the first stage of the Olympics, a dream stage for athletes. At first, he seemed a little nervous, but when the music started, he performed his own acting as if he had always been.

Baliyeva successfully completed the triple axel, the first jump task, and earned a basic score of 8.00 and a GOE of 3.31. After that, the triple flip was easily cleaned.

The first non-jump assignment, the changefoot combination spin, was awarded a level 4 for its speed and ingenuity. In the second half, when additional points were added, the triple lutz-triple toe loop combination jump was performed without shaking. The step sequence, flying camel spin, and layback spin were all treated as level 4. The facial expressions were also perfect.

Baliyeva, who performed artistically to a lyrical song, was moved by looking at the sky for a long time following finishing the game.
