Veteran developer of Ethereum Terence Tsao has revealed what might be the reason why many reviewers were slashed into the slashing system. Ethereum’s Proof-of-Stake
20 inspectors were punished within 3 hours.
On September 23, 2022, Terence Tsao tweeted that 20 investigators were either slashing or confiscated of staked coins for violating protocol rules. in just 3 hours
The slashing came from the fact that the data inspector did something that might have resulted in an attack on the network, and for now, Tsao admits that the root cause of the problem has not yet been determined.
But the most likely is This is caused by duplicate settings and Doppelganger detection failure.
