2 recipes to take advantage of peaches

I put in a pot 1.3 kg of peaches freshly picked, washed, halved and pitted with 650g of sugar and the juice of half a lemon. I let it macerate all night and brought it to a boil. Thus, I separated half of the preparation and obtained peach shellswhich have multiple applications:

I continued cooking the other half, foaming, until I obtained dulce (jam with large pieces of fruit), for scones, toast, etc.

It is worth perfuming with cinnamon stick / cardamom pods / anise star / cloves / vanilla beans.
