Good news for WhatsApp Business users. The next update to the instant messaging app includes a quick reply feature for messages. The goal is to help businesses and professionals manage customer inquiries more calmly.
The WhatsApp Business Quick Response Shortcut
Beta users of the WhatsApp Business app receive a quick response shortcut feature. This according to a report from the media WABetainfo will allow professionals to respond with previously recorded messages. They will therefore no longer have to press “/” and select a message from a saved list before responding to potential customers.
WABetainfo also indicates that this feature will be available on the two beta testers for Android and iOS smartphones. However, WhatsApp does not specify a date to extend its operation to all users with a WhatsApp Business account.

A new camera interface to WhatsApp on Android
The Quick Response Shortcut isn’t the only project WhatsApp is working on. The company aims to include a new camera interface in its Android version application. Thanks to this, it will now be possible to access flash shortcuts to take new images.
Also, note that WhatsApp wants to fight once morest the massive spread of false information through its app. That’s why its developers are currently testing a feature that allows admins to delete messages for all members of a group.
