Doha: The football world is excited to watch the FIFA Qatar World Cup. 2.35 crore tickets booked during the second phase random selection draw sales period.
The sale, which started on April 4 and ended on April 28, attracted more applicants from Argentina, Brazil, England, France, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the USA. In addition to the finals, most people have applied for tickets to watch Argentina-Mexico, Argentina-Saudi Arabia, England-USA and Poland-Argentina matches. Another highlight of the Qatar World Cup is that spectators will watch up to two matches per day during the first stages of the tournament, which runs from November 21 to December 18.
Ticket applicants will receive an e-mail confirmation of the availability of the ticket by May 31. Tickets can be purchased by deserving candidates from the date of FIFA announcement. Visa payment cards are issued to people from Qatar. Foreigners can pay with selected cards, including Visa. Ticket buyers must also apply for a Haya card following booking a stay in Qatar. Those who do not get a ticket will get a chance at the next sale stage.
