Over the past few months, presenter Nadia Mulya’s household has been hit by unpleasant issues. This issue finally became real through a divorce suit filed by Nadia Mulya at the South Jakarta Religious Court on November 14, 2022.
Nadia Mulya officially filed for divorce through his attorney. At the end of the year, the news was confirmed by the Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Taslimah.
“The one who is suing (for divorce) is Nadia Mulya, (on) November 14, 2022,” said Taslimah when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court.
According to Taslimah, there were three lawsuits filed by Nadia Mulya, namely a lawsuit for divorce, child custody, and a request for joint property.
“I want to grant a lawsuit for divorce. Second, so that child custody is in the care of the plaintiff. There are also assets being requested as joint property,” he continued.
Before the news of this divorce suit became known to the media crew, in fact the first trial had already taken place on November 30, followed by the mediation agenda on December 14.
Nadia Mulya and her husband, Dastin Mirjaya, also attended the mediation session but no consensus was reached. “Until now there has been no word of peace, it means continue,” said Taslimah.
The follow-up trial which took place today, has an agenda, namely the answer from the defendant. But because it is not ready, the trial will be held on December 28.
“Today, December 21, the agenda is for answers, but we are not ready with answers, so the next trial will be on December 28,” said Taslimah.
Nadia Mulya, who is known as a television presenter, model and actress of Belgian, Javanese and Banten descent, is known to have married Dastin Mirjaya in 2005. The two of them have been married for 17 years.
From the marriage of Nadia Mulya and Dastin Mirjaya, Miss Indonesia Banten 2004 has two children. They are Nadien Andjanimulya Mudijana and Nuala Andharamulya Mudijana.
So far, the families of Nadia Mulya and Dastin have rarely been exposed to unpleasant issues or third parties.
