17-Year-Old Confesses to Father’s Murder. It’s Mystery –

A quiet night in Paderno Dugnano turned into tragedy when a 17-year-old boy alerted the authorities, confessing to killing his father following an act of domestic violence. The Carabinieri, who quickly arrived at the house indicated by the young man, discovered a horrifying scene: three lifeless bodies, those of the father, the mother and the youngest son of just 12 years old. The victims are Fabio C., a 51-year-old building contractor, his wife Daniela A., 49, and their youngest son, Lorenzo. All three were killed with a knife, a detail that immediately pointed suspicions towards premeditated murder. According to initial reconstructions reported by Rainews, the tragedy occurred around 1:00 a.m. The eldest son, after being awakened by screams coming from his younger brother’s room, intervened to defend the family. In his testimony, the young man said he found his father sitting on a chair in his little brother’s room, next to the lifeless bodies of his mother and brother. In desperation, he grabbed the knife and stabbed his father, killing him.

The investigation, conducted by the Carabinieri of Sesto San Giovanni and coordinated by the Monza Prosecutor’s Office together with the Milan Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office, is still ongoing. Investigators are trying to reconstruct the details of the events, also to exclude with certainty the presence of other people at the crime scene. At the moment, there are no signs of a break-in, nor evidence that indicates an attempted robbery, which reinforces the hypothesis of a family tragedy. The attention of the investigators is now focused on the statements of the 17-year-old, who is currently in the barracks. The young man claimed to have acted in defense of his mother and little brother, but the exact sequence of events and the context in which this terrible story matured remain to be clarified.

It is suspected that the 17-year-old who called 112 could be the perpetrator of the massacre. His story is being examined by investigators, given some discrepancies revealed by the analysis of the apartment on Via Anzio, where the family lived.
