Barça will be one of the most represented Clubs at the World Cup which begins on November 20:

Not less than 8 selections count in their ranks players from the FC Barcelona: Spain, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Brazil, Germany, Poland and Uruguay.
Spain: Eric Garcia, Jordi Alba, Pedri, Gavi, Busquets, Ansu Fati et Ferran Torres are the lucky ones elected by Luis Enrique. Gavi is the youngest player in the history of La Roja to go to the World Cup.
France : Jules Kounde et Ousmane Dembele were called by Didier Deschamps. The Blaugrana defender will play his first World Cup.
Netherlands : Frankie Young et Memphis Depay will also be on the trip with Van Gaal. This will be Frenkie’s first World Cup and Memphis’ second.
On the Danish side, we find Andreas Christensenin Brazil Raphinha and with Uruguay Araujo.
Ter Stegen was called up with Germany for the first time and Robert Lewandowski will wear the colors of Poland.
A record number of representatives at the World Cup
With 16 Barça players present, the World Cup in Qatar will be the most Blaugrana in history. Until then, the record was 15, in 2014, in Brazil.
Since 2010, at least 14 Barça players have been present at the World Cup. They were 14 in South Africa (2010), 15 in Brazil in 2014, 14 in Russia 2018 and now 16 in Russia 2022.
