(Keystone-ATS) A 15-year-old boy stabbed an Orthodox Jew in the city of Zurich on Saturday evening, putting his life in danger. The suspect was arrested at the scene, police said during the night from Saturday to Sunday.
The injured man, aged 50, had to be hospitalized, Zurich municipal police said in a press release. The attack took place following an argument around 9:30 p.m.
The context and how the events unfolded are not yet clear. Ongoing investigations explicitly include the possibility of an anti-Semitic motivated crime, according to the press release.
