The government announced that 15 locations have been included in the mandatory testing announcement. From March 12 to today, citizens who have stayed at the relevant locations for more than two hours must undergo nucleic acid testing tomorrow or the day following.
Relevant specified locations include Shui Lung House, Siu Sai Wan Estate, Chai Wan, Wu Pan House, Wu King Estate, Tuen Mun, Lai Wo House, Tai Wo Estate, Tai Po, Choi Fu House, Choi Ming Court, Tseung Kwan O, Fung Wo House, Wo Che Estate, Shatin, and Chak, Tin Chak Estate, Tin Shui Wai Star House, Wah Cheong House, Wah Fu Estate, Pokfulam, Yu Ping House, Long Ping Estate, Yuen Long, On Tao House, Cheung On Estate, Tsing Yi, Yi Wai House, Tsing Yi Village, Yuan Xi House, Yuan Chau Village, Cheung Sha Wan, Tai House, Tsz Wan Shan, Tsz Min Village, Yuan Ping Yan House, Long Ping Yan Court, Scenic House, Lai King Estate, Kwai Chung and Tin Cheung House, Tin Ping Estate, Sheung Shui.
Persons to be tested must go to mobile sampling stations, community testing centers or accredited local medical testing institutions for professional swab sampling and testing. The government will add a mobile sampling station tomorrow at the shopping mall platform of Wah Fu (2) Estate in Pokfulam. In addition, a number of testing points have set up chip distribution machines, and citizens who have collected chips can view the real-time chip queuing status on the website of the Community Testing Center.
Persons who have tested positive in the past 3 months, including the positive nucleic acid test cases recorded by the Department of Health and the positive self-rapid antigen test cases reported to the Department of Health, are not required to undergo mandatory testing.
