Vienna (OTS) – On Monday, March 27, 2023, the City of Vienna – Road Administration and Road Construction will begin the rehabilitation of the roadway in Tivoligasse between Ruckergasse and Aichholzgasse in the 12th district due to damage over time. At the Aichholzgasse/Tivoligasse crossing plateau, sidewalk extensions are being made to increase traffic safety and the sidewalk at Tivoligasse 39 is being widened. In addition, two trees will be planted in the area of Tivoligasse 30 in autumn.

During the construction work, sections of Tivoligasse will run from Ruckergasse to and in the direction of Rotenmühlgasse as a provisional one-way street. Bus line 9A in the direction of “Meidlinger Hauptstraße” will be diverted from the “Tivoligasse” station via Rotenmühlgasse and Schönbrunner Schlossstraße. The “Aichholzgasse” stop will be closed without replacement for the duration of construction.
