1272 new infections in Tokyo, 10 deaths: Tokyo Shimbun TOKYO Web

The Tokyo metropolitan government announced on the 17th that it had confirmed 1,272 new cases of the new coronavirus and 10 deaths. Bed occupancy rate is 24.7%.

The average number of new infections per week was 1453.9 as of the 17th, 62.7% compared to the previous week. The total number of patients in Tokyo is now 4,304,663.

11 people aged 0, 47 people aged 1-4, 66 people aged 5-9, 114 people in their teens, 192 people in their 20s, 219 people in their 30s, 213 people in their 40s, 185 people in their 50s, 60-64 53 aged, 29 aged 65-69, 53 in their 70s, 68 in their 80s, 22 aged 90 and over. There were 172 elderly people aged 65 and over.

Nine men and women in their 60s to 90s and a woman over the age of 100 died.
