In terms of quantities, in order to obtain 500g of sauce (regarding 4 plates of pasta), you need regarding 400g of ground beef, 200g of tomato sauce, 1 small can of tomato concentrate (135g), 2 onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. oregano, 1 sprig of basil and 2 sugar cubes.
