1:1 at Chelsea – Glasner’s club Palace wrote for the first time

After two defeats at the start of the season, coach Oliver Glasner’s team held on to a 1-1 draw away at Chelsea in the London derby on Sunday. Palace moved up to 16th place in the table with one point. Newcastle United, meanwhile, celebrated a 2-1 home victory against Tottenham Hotspur. Manchester United and Liverpool will meet in the evening in the big match.

Senegalese Nicolas Jackson gave Chelsea the lead at Stamford Bridge in the first half after a quick counterattack via Noni Madueke and Cole Palmer (25′). After the break, Eberechi Eze equalized for Crystal Palace with a long-range shot that hit the inside of the post (54′). Chelsea have four points after three rounds.
