Vienna (OTS) – Due to time damage and a water defect, the City of Vienna – Road Administration and Road Construction will start on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 with local roadway rehabilitation work on Himberger Strasse at the intersections of Radnitzkygasse and Oberlaaer Strasse in the 10th district.
traffic measures
During the construction work at the Himberger Strasse/Radnitzkygasse intersection plateau, the lane in the direction of the city center will be closed and traffic in both directions will be alternately directed through the construction site area by means of a temporary traffic light system.
For the work on the Himberger Strasse/Oberlaaer Strasse crossing plateau, Oberlaaer Strasse will be routed from Himberger Strasse to and in the direction of Volkmargasse as a provisional one-way street. Traffic in the direction of Triester Strasse is routed via Berlepschgasse or Volkmarkgasse, Neugrabenstrasse to Himberger Strasse. All other directions of travel are not affected by the work.
The bus stop at Himberger Straße 17 will be relocated to Himberger Straße 13 during the construction work.
