Mortada Mansour, president of the Egyptian club Zamalek, confirmed that his club had obtained approval from the concerned authorities to attend 10,000 fans for its upcoming match in the African Champions League.
Next Sunday, Zamalek will meet with Elect Sport of Chad, in the second leg of the preliminary round of the continental competition.
Mortada Mansour said in statements carried by his club’s official website on Thursday: We received official approval for the attendance of 10,000 spectators for the match.
Zamalek is preparing to face Chad’s champions next Sunday at Cairo International Stadium, following winning 2-0 in the first leg that was held in Cameroon last Sunday, where Mahmoud Abdel Razek Shikabala and Ahmed Sayed Zizou scored their goals.
