10 signs that warn you before you suffer from kidney failure.. Go to the doctor immediately • Al Marsad Newspaper

Al-Marsad newspaper: Experts explained that there are many symptoms that warn a person before developing kidney failure, so you should pay attention to them and know them, and go to the doctor.

According to the website “webmd”, these symptoms are:

1- Constant fatigue:

Your kidneys filter waste from your blood and charge it in your urine, and when they’re not working properly, toxins can build up so you may feel tired, weak, or have trouble concentrating.

2- Lack of sleep:

There is a possible link between sleep apnea and chronic kidney disease (CKD), which over time damages your organs and can lead to kidney failure. Sleep apnea may harm your kidneys in part by preventing your body from getting enough oxygen.

3- Itchy skin:

This can happen if the kidneys can’t flush out toxins and they build up in the blood, and this can cause a rash or make you itchy all over.

4- Swelling of the face and feet:

When your kidneys can’t get rid of sodium well, fluid builds up in your body, which can lead to puffy hands, feet, ankles, legs, or face.

5- Muscle cramps:

Cramps in your legs and elsewhere can be a sign of poor kidney function.

6- Shortness of breath:

When you have kidney failure, your organs don’t make enough of a hormone called erythropoietin. The hormones help your body make red blood cells. Without them, you can become anemic and feel short of breath.

6- Foggy Head:

When the kidneys don’t filter all of the waste from your body, toxins can affect your brain. Anemia may also prevent your brain from getting oxygen, and you may feel dizzy and have trouble concentrating and memory.

8 – Low appetite:

Kidney failure can cause nausea, vomiting, and an upset stomach, and this may leave you with little desire to eat.

9- Bad breath:

When the kidneys can’t filter waste, it can cause a condition called uremia, and it can make your mouth smell bad.

10. Foamy, brown or bloody urine

Bubbling urine can be a sign of too much protein called albumin, and it can be caused by kidney problems, so the urine can be brown or very pale.
