Make your bed immediately
this is a habit small in the morning but it makes a huge difference. When you wake up and make your bed immediately, seeing the neatness really makes you feel like starting your day on a positive note and no longer feeling like lying in bed.
Meanwhile, if your bed looks really messy, you won’t be motivated to work. What we see and our environment play a big role in finding work motivation. Therefore, tidy up your bed and all the furniture around your work area.

Disconnect from the phone
You want to change your life but if the first thing you do following waking up is to use your phone and see what other people are doing, when are you going to finish your work and life?
If you let all kinds of information pop into your head early in the morning, you will feel extremely pressured and burdened. So disconnect your phone at least for the first 1 hour and just take this time to take care of yourself.
Read a book
How do we put the knowledge from books into practice. And how do we cultivate and nurture positive thoughts when our lives are messy and complicated? You need to find certain inspirations for yourself, you need to find a teacher to guide our minds with positive thoughts and inspirational ideas.
Books can help you have positive thoughts as well as expand your life. Make it a habit to read for at least 20 minutes or read 10 pages in the morning. It will begin to change your life.
Body movement
Let’s make a habit do exercise in the morning. You don’t have to start doing difficult exercises right away. Start by doing simple exercises. Just focus on moving your body – simple stretches and gentle exercises.
Even if you don’t feel well one day, try to wake up and exercise because following exercising you will always feel recharged and feel better.
