Amnesia: The Bunker is a first-person horror game and the fourth installment in the Amnesia series. The first part, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, won the hearts of many horror fans. Unfortunately, the second and third weren’t that popular anymore, so let’s hope that the latest entry will be better.
All alone in a desolate WWI bunker with only one bullet left in the barrel, it’s up to you to face the oppressive horrors of the darkness. Keep the lights on at all costs, hold on and make it out alive. A truly intense horror experience.
A first look at Amnesia: The Bunker we can get in a new gameplay video. In the first 30 seconds we can see which monsters are waiting for us in the bunker and that we have to flee from them once more this time in order not to die. We will probably be equipped with a flashlight that we have to recharge using a rotating function. But that makes noise and a note on the loading screen suggests that this can attract opponents.
We also get a first impression of how big the bunker is. It is divided into a total of 6 areas, including a prison, the soldiers’ quarters and an area for the officers. The graphics also look ok and are somewhat reminiscent of the first part of the series. Even then it was said that the game reacts to the behavior of the player, but you didn’t notice that, and that’s how it should be back in Amnesia: The Bunker be.
Amnesia: The Bunker will be released on May 23rd for PC, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
