Summer is finally here, and with it, the desire to meet up with friends or family to enjoy the long sunny evenings. What better way to accompany these convivial moments than delicious non-alcoholic cocktails, also called mocktails? No need to be an expert in mixology to make them, and they will delight adults and children alike!

Today I offer you 10 recipes for alcohol-free cocktails to absolutely try this summer (yes, alcohol-free cocktails are my thing right now).

1. Le Virgin Mojito

We no longer need to introduce the famous Mojito, star of aperitifs on the terrace. Here’s how to make an equally refreshing non-alcoholic version:

  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime cut into wedges
  • 2 teaspoons cane sugar
  • Crushed ice cubes
  • Sparkling water (Perrier type)

In a glass, crush the mint, lemon and cane sugar using a pestle. Add the crushed ice cubes and top up with sparkling water. Mix well and garnish with a sprig of mint.

2. The Virgin Pina Colada

Want exoticism? This alcohol-free recipe of the famous Piña Colada will take you on a trip to the Caribbean!

  • 10 cl of pineapple juice
  • 5 cl of coconut cream (Coco Lopez type)
  • Ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple.

3. Le Shirley Temple

This cocktail is named after the famous American actress and is ideal for children.

  • 10 cl of lemonade
  • 5 cl of pomegranate
  • 1 candied cherry
