Both models of the X90 series use a 6.78-inch 3D curved Q9 AMOLED screen with a resolution of FHD+ (2800 x 1260). In addition to supporting 1.07 billion color displays, it also supports 2160Hz PWM dimming, 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate , and equipped with screen fingerprint recognition; both models are also equipped with stereo dual speakers.

The two models of the vivo X90 series launched this time both use the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor, becoming the first series of models of this processor in Hong Kong; the other two models are also equipped with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage space, without memory expansion function.
