■ United Pharmaceutical (033270) – Signed a supply contract (Levotics CR tablets) with MCQ Medical for KRW 69.639 billion (26.5% of recent sales). The contract period is from 2023-09-05 to 2028-09-05.
■ GI Tech (382480) – Signed a supply contract (production of notching equipment) with DNT Co., Ltd. for KRW 6.312 billion (15.9% of recent sales). The contract period is from 2023-09-06 to 2023-12-16.
■ Samil Corporation (002290) – Signed a supply contract (integrated meat processing) Gimcheon factory extension construction with Lotte Well Food Co., Ltd. for KRW 57.894 billion (90.99% of recent sales). The contract period is from 2023-08-31 to 2025-05-31.
■ Tree technology (242040) – For the purpose of securing operating funds, it was decided to issue privately placed exchangeable bonds worth KRW 3.902 billion to Now Global K-Tech Fund.
