‘Pulseforge 1200’ is a device that selectively thermally sinters metal ink by irradiating strong pulse light during sintering. Because it is a short-time light irradiation of microseconds, it does not affect low heat-resistance substrates made of polymers and other organic materials. Applications include photovoltaics, displays, logic, and batteries. This product can be applied to both the Roll to Roll method and the conveyor method, and can respond from application development to mass production manufacturing lines.
