The Autobahn Rhine on the water is drying up.

This is because of the severe power shortage that hit China along with the drought.
Southern China relies on hydropower for three-quarters of its electricity, but the Yangtze River has dried up.
The utilization rate of hydroelectric power plants has been cut in half, and major companies around the world, such as Volkswagen, Toyota, and Foxconn, have stopped operating their plants or reduced production.
The Chinese authorities are trying to make rain with artificial rainfall technology, but to no avail.
